Venice, Italy- probably the most unique city I've ever had the chance of visiting. No trains, trucks, or cars, just boats. Daily logistics and routines are just handled differently in a city built on water and facing rising tides. My wife and I were able to spend 4 days here in November, 2018, roughly one month after record flooding. Although it rained the majority of our stay, it showed us another beautiful angle of the city and challenges it faces in its future.
